Originally from New Zealand, Karen has been living in upstate NY since 1983. Taking several trips to the North Carolina coast, Karen decided she wanted to have a residence in Leland. Karen moved full time to NC in late 2022..
Karen got her license in NY in 2007 and spent two years practicing massage therapy. In 2009 she found a “whole body” treatment called Myofascial Release, developed by John F. Barnes P.T. Effective June 1st, 2011, she began practicing MFR exclusively.

Elaine Riley - Clary hollow
Elaine is originally from the Adirondacks in Upstate NY. She found her way to Leland after her husband retired from the military and they decided to settle down and raise their kids here in 2014.
While Elaine has a science background in organic skincare formulation, she has since turned her focus to more energy healing modalities including crystal healing as well as the study of astrology and how it affects our behaviors. She is also a Reiki Master practitioner and uses this along with other healing practices to help people become more aligned and in tune with the energy that surrounds them.

Jennifer is from Lake Placid, NY. She moved to the NC coast in 2018, when she gave up the mountains for beach life.
She's been practicing massage since 2005. She's a licensed massage & bodywork
therapist, with over 21 years experience, and specializes in therapeutic/deep tissue & relaxation
massage. She is currently studying to become a certified nutrition coach.

Beth Blair - Blue Jean Oracle
Beth grew up in New York and Connecticut, then moved to Wilmington, NC, in 1995. Her family then took her to Winston-Salem, NC. She returned to the coast in 2022, and it feels like home.
Beth is a Reiki Master Teacher in Usui Holy Fire™ and Karuna Reiki™, a Feng Shui Practitioner and an artist. She is a retired massage therapist with over 20 years of experience teaching and coaching.
